Jacki has with her 11 years of nursing experience practising in UK and Malaysia healthcare industry. She has more than 20 years of sales, sales promotions, marketing and general management experience working with MNC. She was exposed to hands-on knowledge working with sales and customer service teams. Being a certified coach & trainer, she is very much involved in conducting talks, training and workshops. She is able to develop training programs according to the needs of the organizations. All her programs are HRDF claimable and accredited with the Nursing Board for CPD points.
